Welcome to my blog! I have been a visual artist for many years and I have worked with a number of different mediums. Currently my focus is on acrylics, mixed media and abstract. I enjoy the atmospheric conditions and try to recreate the effects with texture and paint on canvas.

Day 27 Still Life - Acrylics on 12 x 12 acrylic paper. I tried a more loose approach to painting today and not getting caught up in tiny details. I used a limited palette and tried not to overwork the paint.
