Welcome to my blog! I have been a visual artist for many years and I have worked with a number of different mediums. Currently my focus is on acrylics, mixed media and abstract. I enjoy the atmospheric conditions and try to recreate the effects with texture and paint on canvas.

jvmclean Go Canada!
Day 23 Mixed media on 12 x 12 canvas. Yup I see it too...... a small Canadian flag right near centre. It just happened. Go figure...... Canada has done so well at the Olympics this year. So proud of all the athletes. Go Canada!
